Devpost, Github, joining the raffle

Hey everyone!

If you are planning on submitting a project, please make sure you register for devpost! If you are planning to post a GitHub link when you submit and you need help with setting it up, ask an officer for help soon! It would be much more streamlined if this is taken care of sooner than later. Reminder, submission at 9pm
